EB80701 $3 Million Swept From Middle School eLearning Math Pilot
Enough of that! One day is enough crying in our (my) beard for the setback at the legislature.
Like the wakeup call for the US Navy at Pearl Harbor, the Navy with sunk battleships and is cleared of battleship mentality. They had to turn to new technology and ways to fight the war – aircraft and aircraft carriers.
We will restart our eLearningi quest, and restart with a even grander vision. A vision and policy that our governance, business, education and communityi leadership is now prepared to hear. eLearning polity is going from K-12 to P-20 and include workforce. Arizona is gaining strength in the national and international arenas. For example – this week from Christ Johnson, President of AZTEA:
First Helen Padgett (ASU West) Elected President of ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education), now we can celebrate Cathy Poplin (AZ Dept of Education) being elected to the Board of Directors of the SETDA, the State Educational Technology Directors Association!
If you are in San Antonio come and celebrate with us tonight from 5 to 7 at the Rio Cantina.
Second a major foreign eLearning is in town, looking to locate. Some of you and me will be meeting with them this afternoon.
Third we will be getting together with an emerging Arizona legislative leader next week to get started on next year, and the years beyond.
But we can’t do it without you and your friends and associates. Send me a one or more people you think could dedicate some time and effort to no meetingsi but as a virtual planning and influence force.
