Hi!
www.askt.org though we might be interested in this NPR broadcast:
Schools Reconsider Laptops as Educational Tools
http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=10093822&sc=emaf [1]
It’s a good listen. Big names like Stanford’s Larry Cuban and MIT/Media Lab Negroponte arguing their cases. My take away is that eSATSi [1] is on track. Our assumption that we are still in the launch phase of the eLearningi [1] innovation cycle is valid. Evidenced by the immense amount of cut-and-try churning going on. Hopefully adopting and un-adopting hardware has just about run itsi [1] course. Soon schools must take the eLearning systems approach which focuses on the teacher-student engagement with digital curriculum and teacher practice transformationi [1].
